If you are interested in working as a teacher at one of Taaleem’s Schools we would like to hear from you. We are looking for inspirational teachers who have a deep understanding of students’ individual learning needs.
Our Education Philosophy
In Taaleem we aim to equip our students with the personal resources necessary to embrace our evolving world by concentrating as much on building character as making sure each student reaches the heights of his or her academic potential. Taaleem schools aim to:
- Promote excellent academic standards to develop the intrinsic desire to be successful life long learners
- Provide opportunities to develop intellectual curiosity, independent thinking and problem solving skills and a respect for cultural diversity
- Develop an awareness of and appreciation for the environment and the Arts
- Encourage self-awareness and the students’ recognition of their place in the global community
- Foster personal growth and leadership potential while encouraging team participation skills.
