With over 25 years of experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles in the field of education and corporate working, Graham has taught in, and led schools in the UK, as well as a cluster of US curriculum schools in the UAE. Graham has an Honours degree in Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Learning, including Headship, from the University of Edinburgh.
As an educator, he is driven by the profound belief that schools have the power to transform the lives of young people, families and communities they serve, and is passionate about collaborative leadership and empowerment to drive improvements across the school ecosystem.
Graham is a trained School Inspector in the UAE, as well as a course facilitator for the National Professional Qualification for Headship.
He is passionate about ‘getting it right for every child’ and is committed to working in partnership with Dubai Schools’ staff and families to deliver outstanding educational experiences and outcomes, ensuring that our schools are recognised as a ‘beacon of academic excellence’, rooted in Emirati culture.
