Dhabia Almulla is a dynamic educational leader with over 10 years of experience in the UAE’s education sector. As Principal of Al Azm Charter School, she brings a strategic vision for academic excellence, inclusive leadership, and school improvement.
She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Zayed University and is currently pursuing a DBA in Education from Anglia Ruskin University. Her previous roles include Vice Principal at Al Reem and Sas Al Nakhl Schools, where she led curriculum development, staff training, and accreditation processes.
A certified Tribal Inspector and international facilitator, Dhabia is also a speaker at national education forums and is known for her commitment to student achievement, innovation, and professional growth.
