With over two decades of international experience, Jan Stipek now leading Raha International School – Gardens Campus, is a dedicated educator and global leader. His career spans teaching and leadership roles across Singapore, Shanghai, Prague, Denmark, Italy, and the UAE. From serving as MYP Coordinator in Turin to Acting Deputy Head at GEMS World Academy in Singapore and Deputy Head in Florence, he has consistently guided schools toward excellence.            
Before joining Raha International, he was Principal at Fortes Education in Dubai and briefly lectured at Murdoch University Dubai, teaching International Education Issues and Practices for a Master of Education program. He also serves as an MYP/DP workshop leader, verifier, and evaluator, Head of Global Professional Development for the Diploma Programme, and has been part of the IB Examination Team for 18 years, contributing to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and assessment worldwide.
A strategic and reflective leader, he combines deep operational insight with a commitment to transparency, intellectual curiosity, and student-centered learning. His vision emphasizes global citizenship and the development of 21st-century skills, inspiring educators and learners alike to pursue excellence in an ever-changing world.
