With a Bachelor of Education from Liverpool University, Jodie has worked within a range of Primary and Early Years settings across the U.K and the UAE for over 25 years. A life-long learner, she holds both an NPQH and NPQSL from University College London.

Jodie values the importance of a supportive school culture, maintaining close working partnerships with parents and staff as well as a network across schools and organisations within the UAE.

Passionate about inclusive early childhood education, Jodie believes in nurturing all young learners to be independent, curious and imaginative inquirers. She emphasises the importance of inspiring and purposeful learning environments, enabling every child to engage, discover and progress.

Jodie is highly committed to developing young global citizens to be independent thinkers who respectfully appreciate each other as well as the world we all share. As a champion of eco-schools and sustainability, she places great emphasis on the importance of empowering our young leaders to make a difference to the world – big or small.
