Daniel Nichol is an experienced international school leader with nearly two decades of leadership across the UK, China, Egypt, and the UAE. As Principal of Al Riyadh Charter School, Daniel leads a thriving community of over 3,700 students and 400 staff, shaping an environment defined by care, challenge, and unity.

His leadership style is both situational and human-centric-responsive to people, context, and purpose. Daniel believes in empowering others through trust, coaching, and collaboration, ensuring that every individual feels valued and equipped to achieve their best. A passionate advocate for safeguarding and wellbeing, he places the safety, voice, and development of every child at the heart of school life.

Holding a Masters in Education from the University of Bath, Daniel is also a trained COBIS and CIS accreditor, dedicated to maintaining the highest international standards of education and pastoral care.
