Erin has been an integral part of Taaleem Charter Schools since the project’s inception and has worked with Taaleem for over 20 years in a variety of teaching and leadership roles. Her experience includes serving as Curriculum Coordinator (Assistant Head) in a Pre-K to Grade 12 school, Head of Early Years, and Principal in both specialized Early Years and Charter School settings.

With extensive expertise across international curricula including the IB, Australian, British, and American frameworks, Erin has led diverse educational environments ranging from nurseries and stand-alone Kindergartens as well as holding leadership responsibilities including Wellbeing Lead in a Pre-K to Grade 12 setting. She holds a Master’s in Education focused on effective leadership and cultural diversity, as well as a Certificate in International Education qualification.

As Executive Principal, Erin is dedicated to improving student outcomes and closing attainment gaps across the Charter Schools, including standalone Kindergartens and KG to Elementary schools. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the KG Charter Schools and Al Ghad Nurseries, championing quality, innovation, and excellence in early childhood and primary education.
