Fatma Al Ali is the Principal of Al Majd Charter School, dedicated to empowering Emirati students to reach their full potential. With over a decade of experience in education, she has served as a Science Teacher, Head of Department, Vice Principal, and now Principal—roles that have shaped her leadership and strengthened her commitment to student-centred learning.

Before joining Taaleem, Fatma worked within the Ministry of Education, where she led academic teams, supported curriculum implementation, and contributed to school improvement initiatives.

As Principal, she leads Al Majd with a clear focus on academic excellence, wellbeing, and community partnership, ensuring that every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve success.
