Sara Hernandez is an accomplished international school leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic leadership and school improvement across the UAE. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership with a focus on English Language Learning (ELL) and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) from the UK. She is also Cognia- and Tribal-trained as a school inspector, specializing in international American curriculum schools.
Sara has successfully founded and led high-performing American curriculum schools, implementing robust, data-driven systems that ensure consistency, accountability, and measurable impact across teaching, learning, and assessment. Her expertise in literacy, language development, and ELL achievement has led to significant student progress and commendations from KHDA and ADEK. She is equally passionate about curriculum design and developing the next generation of impactful teachers and school leaders.
